The C•CURE 800 served the industry well for more than 20 years and was officially retired in December of 2019. It has been replaced by the C•CURE 9000. The C•CURE 9000 is by far a better product. Improved reporting, (many) more features, a better user experience and most importantly, it has current support.
The C•CURE 9000 works with all of the existing Software House controllers. Upgrading to the latest controllers is recommended because there are so many more features available but controller replacement is not a requirement to move to the C•CURE 9000. Yes, even the apCs are supported! There are many C•CURE 9000 sites still using apC controllers.
We provide a turnkey migration from start to finish. We install the C•CURE 9000 software, migrate the database, perform the end user training, bring the controllers online and test every device. Although Software House does provide a software tool to help with the data migration, the tool does not convert everything. A successful migration requires experience and expertise in both the C•CURE 800 and the C•CURE 9000.
